Peppermint just contains methonal and offers you a sedative effect on nerves. It can easily soothe an aching tummy. After drinking it, you can feel relieved in the bile duct, gastrointestinal tract or gallbladder.

To use this remedy, just heat a cup of water and take it in a glass. Put a peppermint tea bag in it. Leave that tea bag for 15 minutes in a bowl. Finally, drink it. Repeat this process twice a day to avoid the gas and bloating issue.


Chamomile is also a useful option to cure from bloating. Chamomile is a herb which you can use. As a herb mainly it is used to reduce stress, but it also used to remove the problem of bloating and gas.  It has anti-inflammatory properties that are good to soothe the tummy.

Take a 100 ml buttermilk in a cup. Add 1 tablespoon of fruit powder plus a pinch of rock salt. If you don’t have buttermilk, then you can take curd on a cup plus add some 2 cups of water. After that, stir it gently and drink this after having a heavy meal. You can take it for 2-3 times a day to get an adequate result.
