You can perform this exercise on the edge of a bench or a chair or simply squatting on the floor with knees pointing upwards and the palms at the back, on the floor. Bend your elbows and lower your body and then, push yourself up just when you are about to touch the ground.
This challenging workout works up the pectoral muscles very well. Place your palms on the floor and shoot up your legs using the edge of a sofa or a swiss ball as support. Now, try to elevate your body as high as you can. Then, return slowly by lowering the body to its original position. Push up back again and continue for several repetitions.
You can do many yoga poses to increase your breast size naturally. Take for example the Cow pose which is an excellent yogic position for breast enlargement, allowing more space for stretching the chest. Simultaneously, this posture also stretches several other parts of the body. Sit cross-legged in the lotus pose and take three deep breaths.
